This is a slow flow that follows the natural curve from movement to ease. We begin with grounding breath and gentle movement to awaken, progress through a steady, unhurried flow that emphasizes adaptability and choice, and gradually soften into shapes that encourage release and listening. The practice culminates in an extended savasana allowing the nervous system to fully settle and integrate. Rooted in the wisdom of the willow—flexible, resilient, and responsive—this class invites you to move with integrity and rest without effort.

To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy All services, classes, workshops, and events at Mystic Willow are non-refundable. We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. If you are unable to attend, please review the options below. Transfers Workshops, special events, and select services: You may transfer your spot to another person. Please email us their name at least 24 hours in advance so we can update our records. Classes: Transfers are not available for regularly scheduled classes. Transfers are not available once an offering has begun. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full credit toward a future service, class, workshop, or event, or A full refund, based on your preference. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
