Willow Arc - Yoga

Willow Arc is a gentle, 75-minute slow flow that mirrors the body’s natural rhythm from engagement to ease. We begin with grounding breath and subtle movement through an unhurried, steady flow that honors adaptability and personal choice. The practice gradually softens into floor-based shapes that encourage release and mindful listening. The class concludes with an extended savasana, guided by a yoga nidra–inspired meditation, allowing the nervous system to fully settle and integrate. Inspired by the willow—flexible, resilient, and responsive—this practice invites you to move with integrity and rest without effort.

Willow Journey - Reiki Infused Sound Healing with Shamnic Drum

Willow Journeys is a deeply restorative healing experience that blends Reiki energy work with the rhythm of a shamanic drum. The drum is used to guide you on an intentional journey, calling in clarity, insight, and energetic balance while supporting nervous system regulation. This session is ideal if you are seeking connection, release, or guidance in a gentle, supportive setting. You’ll be guided to relax fully—sitting or lying comfortably—as the drum’s rhythm and Reiki energy help your body and mind open, settle, and release tension.

Willow Meadow - Yoga

Willow Meadow is a slow, grounding yoga class focused on gentle floor poses that help the body soften and let go of built-up tension. Poses are held for longer periods to encourage deep release, supported by steady breathing and a calm, meditative pace. Plenty of options for rest are offered throughout class. This class is ideal if you are new to yoga, returning after time away, feeling tight or overwhelmed, or looking for a softer practice that allows your body to unwind naturally. Expect a peaceful pace, clear guidance, and space to move—or rest—at your own rhythm.

Willow Radiance - Yoga

Willow Whispers - Reiki Infused Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls

Willow Whispers is a deeply restorative sound healing experience infused with Reiki energy. You will relax in zero-gravity chairs as gentle, grounding sounds—like singing bowls and chimes—fill the space. Subtle energy work supports relaxation and balance, helping your body and mind soften and release tension. Willow Power is a mat-based Pilates and yoga fusion class designed to build strength, stability, and resilient energy through intentional movement. This practice blends core-focused Pilates work with mindful yoga principles, supporting functional strength while maintaining breath and body awareness. Expect controlled, purposeful sequences that engage the core, glutes, and stabilizing muscles, balanced with moments of grounding and integration.
