Next Session: Sunday, April 12 10:30 am Reiki Level I is a foundational energy healing training designed to introduce you to the gentle yet powerful practice of channeling universal life force energy. This course offers a supportive space to learn how to work with energy for personal healing, balance, and spiritual connection. Rooted in the traditional teachings of Mikao Usui, Reiki is a holistic healing practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and supports the body’s natural ability to restore harmony. Through guided instruction, hands-on practice, and energetic attunement, you will begin developing the ability to sense and channel Reiki energy through your hands. During this training, you will explore the history and philosophy of Reiki, learn hand positions for self-healing and offering Reiki to others, and gain tools for grounding, energetic awareness, and intuitive connection. You will also receive your Reiki Level I attunement, an energetic initiation that opens your channel to Reiki energy. This training is open to anyone who feels called to explore energy healing—no previous experience is required. What you’ll learn: • The history and principles of Reiki • How energy flows through the body and energy field • Reiki hand positions for self-healing and supporting others • Techniques for grounding and energetic awareness • How to incorporate Reiki into your daily life After completing Reiki Level I, you will be able to practice Reiki on yourself and offer Reiki to friends and family, while continuing to deepen your relationship with this supportive healing practice. This training is ideal for those seeking personal healing, spiritual growth, or the beginning of a path in energy work. REIKI LEVEL II is the next step to begin your own Reiki Practice. Reiki Level II is scheduled for May 24 at 10:30 am.

At Mystic Willow, every offering—whether a class, private service, workshop, or special event—is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and energetic presence. To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy All services, classes, workshops, and events at Mystic Willow are non-refundable. We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. If you are unable to attend, please review the options below. Transfers Workshops, special events, and select services: You may transfer your spot to another person. Please email us their name at least 24 hours in advance so we can update our records. Classes: Transfers are not available for regularly scheduled classes. Transfers are not available once an offering has begun. Credit Policy Because our offerings require advance preparation and energetic commitment, we are unable to issue credits for future services, classes, workshops, or events for missed or canceled bookings. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full credit toward a future service, class, workshop, or event, or A full refund, based on your preference. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
