In this course, you'll learn the history and principles of Reiki, how to channel universal life force energy, and how to perform self-healing and offer healing to others through gentle touch. What you’ll learn: - The origin and philosophy of Reiki - The 5 Reiki principles - Hand positions for self-healing and healing others - Energy sensing techniques - Grounding and protection practices - Reiki Level 1 attunement to open your energy channels This course is ideal for beginners with no prior experience. Upon completion, you will be certified in Reiki Level 1 and equipped to begin your personal healing journey and support the well-being of those around you.
