Crystals will be intentionally placed throughout the space, forming an energetic grid that amplifies clarity, protection, and heart-centered expansion. Their frequencies intertwine with the sound waves, enhancing your ability to release tension, find balance, and reconnect to your inner wisdom. Throughout the journey, gentle Reiki energy will be offered to support emotional release, deepen relaxation, and encourage the natural flow of life-force energy. This subtle yet powerful healing complements the sound vibrations, guiding the body and spirit toward harmony. As the flutes open the breath, the bowls bathe you in shimmering overtones, and the drum anchors you into the Earth’s steady heartbeat, you are invited to soften, surrender, and receive. Mystic Willow Cancellation & Refund Policy At Mystic Willow, every offering—whether a class, private service, workshop, or special event—is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and energetic presence. To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy All services, classes, workshops, and events at Mystic Willow are non-refundable. We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. If you are unable to attend, please review the options below. Transfers Workshops, special events, and select services: You may transfer your spot to another person. Please email us their name at least 24 hours in advance so we can update our records. Classes: Transfers are not available for regularly scheduled classes. Transfers are not available once an offering has begun. Credit Policy Because our offerings require advance preparation and energetic commitment, we are unable to issue credits for future services, classes, workshops, or events for missed or canceled bookings. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full credit toward a future service, class, workshop, or event, or A full refund, based on your preference. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
