You’ll explore:
Intro to Sound Bowls – Learn at a high level how sound bowls work and why their vibrations can support relaxation and energetic balance. We’ll touch on types of bowls and how they’re used in sound practices.
Energetic Awareness – Discover how energy moves through and around the body, and how sound, breath, and simple intention can help shift what feels stuck or heavy.
Hands-On Practice – Try playing the bowls, experience giving and receiving sound in group or partner activities, and build confidence using sound intuitively.
Mini Sound Bath – We’ll end with a short, guided sound experience to help you relax deeply and integrate the energy of the session.
