Things to know before class:

First time visitors should arrive 15 minutes ahead of the class time to fill out paperwork.

You can register online and pay at the door.

Most classes are 45 minutes in length. *Always refer to the schedule*

We provide mats, straps and blocks but you should feel free to bring your own.

All classes are appropriate for all levels of practice.

REIKI INFUSED SOUND HEALINGThis is a Reiki Infused Sound Healing session that aims to help restore, provide relaxation and healing. This is done by incorporating the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tingshas, bells and tuning forks. All the instruments used focus on a different frequency to interrupt our Chakras or energy fields, as well as creating a vibrational shift in our consciousness to support healing.
