This is a 45-minute gentle flow & rest designed for Pregnancy, Preparation & the Path Between Willow Becoming is a gentle, supportive yoga offering for those who are pregnant, preparing for pregnancy, in the postpartum season, or reconnecting with their bodies after change. This practice emphasizes slow, intentional movement to support pelvic stability, mobility, breath awareness, and nervous system balance. Classes are adaptable and paced with care, creating space to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and deepen trust in your body—without urgency or expectation. Whether you are navigating early pregnancy, planning to conceive, returning to your body after birth, or seeking steadiness after a disrupted journey, you are welcome here. This is not about pushing the body forward. It is about meeting yourself where you are—with compassion, patience, and respect. All stages of becoming are held with care.

Cancellation Policy
Mystic Willow Cancellation & Refund Policy At Mystic Willow, every offering—whether a class, private service, workshop, or special event—is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and energetic presence. To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy All services, classes, workshops, and events at Mystic Willow are non-refundable. We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. If you are unable to attend, please review the options below. Transfers Workshops, special events, and select services: You may transfer your spot to another person. Please email us their name at least 24 hours in advance so we can update our records. Classes: Transfers are not available for regularly scheduled classes. Transfers are not available once an offering has begun. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full credit toward a future service, class, workshop, or event, or A full refund, based on your preference. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
