Service Description
Thai bodywork is a fully clothed, mat-based practice that combines rhythmic compression, gentle rocking, assisted stretching, and intentional movement. Rather than asking your body to do the work, you are supported through each position so you can soften into the experience. Every session is adapted to your body, comfort, and desired level of pressure. Some sessions are slow and grounding; others include deeper stretches and more focused work around areas that feel tight or restricted. Choose Thai bodywork when your body feels stiff, compressed, overworked, or simply in need of thoughtful movement and care. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely—no oils or lotions are used.
Cancellation Policy
At Mystic Willow, every offering—whether a private service, training, or special event—is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and energetic presence. To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, that said, we expect at least a 12 hour window for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancelation within a 12 hour appointment window will be charged for the full session and is non-refundable. A no show, will also result in a full charge of the session cost and future booking requests must be approved. Credit Policy Because our offerings require advance preparation and energetic commitment, we are unable to issue credits for future services, classes, workshops, or events for missed or canceled bookings. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full refund immediately upon cancellation. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
