These private yoga sessions are designed for you—not a group, not a template, not a fixed sequence. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to meet you exactly where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you are navigating stress, recovery, life transition, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself, this is a space to slow down and reconnect. What to expect: In your private session, we may explore a blend of: Gentle or restorative yoga tailored to your body Breathwork to regulate the nervous system Somatic awareness and grounding practices Yin or Hatha-based movement (based on your needs) Energetic unwinding and guided relaxation Space for integration and stillness Every session is different—because you are different each time you arrive. This is for you if you are: Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or energetically depleted Recovering from emotional or physical stress In a life transition and seeking clarity or grounding Wanting a deeper, more personalized yoga experience Ready to reconnect with your body in a supportive way The intention: To create a regulated, safe internal state where your system can soften, release, and restore. This is not performance-based yoga. This is not about flexibility or achievement. This is about coming back home to yourself. Session options: Single Private Session (75–90 min) 3-Session Reset Series Monthly Private Practice Support Location: In-person or virtual sessions available depending on your needs.
Cancellation Policy
At Mystic Willow, every offering—whether a private service, training, or special event—is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and energetic presence. To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, that said, we expect at least a 12 hour window for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancelation within a 12 hour appointment window will be charged for the full session and is non-refundable. A no show, will also result in a full charge of the session cost and future booking requests must be approved. Credit Policy Because our offerings require advance preparation and energetic commitment, we are unable to issue credits for future services, classes, workshops, or events for missed or canceled bookings. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full refund immediately upon cancellation. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
