Reiki & Energy Healing
Private Reiki sessions in Ludlow, MA for calm, grounding, and energetic support.
Service Description
Reiki & Energy Healing in Ludlow, Massachusetts. Choose a 45- or 60-minute private session in our Ludlow space at 185 Miller Street, located inside The Alley. You may feel drained even after resting, emotionally heavy, unusually scattered, or simply unlike yourself. You might be moving through stress, grief, change, or a season that has asked you to carry more than usual. This session gives you a place to pause and receive support without needing to explain everything or know exactly what you need. During your session, you remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on a treatment table. Your practitioner uses gentle touch or holds their hands just above the body, allowing Reiki to be offered at a pace shaped by how you are arriving that day. People often choose Reiki when they want to feel calmer, clearer, more grounded, or simply have space to settle. You may notice warmth, tingling, emotion, imagery, deep rest, or a subtle shift that unfolds after your session. There is no right way to experience Reiki, and no prior knowledge or belief is required. Choose Reiki & Energy Healing when you know something needs to shift, even if you cannot yet put it into words.
