Service Description
You may feel drained even after resting, emotionally heavy, unusually scattered, or simply unlike yourself. You might be moving through stress, grief, change, or a season that has asked you to carry more than usual. Reiki & Energy Healing gives you a place to pause and have your energy supported—without needing to explain everything or know exactly what you need. During your session, you will remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on a treatment table. Your practitioner will use gentle touch or hold their hands just above your body, allowing Reiki to flow where support is needed. Each session is shaped by how you are arriving and how you would like to feel when you leave. People often choose this service when they want to feel lighter, calmer, clearer, or more grounded. You may notice warmth, tingling, emotion, imagery, deep rest, or a subtle shift that unfolds after your session. There is no right way to experience Reiki, and no prior knowledge or belief is required. Cancellation Policy
At Mystic Willow, every offering—whether a private service, training, or special event—is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and energetic presence. To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, that said, we expect at least a 12 hour window for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancelation within a 12 hour appointment window will be charged for the full session and is non-refundable. A no show, will also result in a full charge of the session cost and future booking requests must be approved. Credit Policy Because our offerings require advance preparation and energetic commitment, we are unable to issue credits for future services, classes, workshops, or events for missed or canceled bookings. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full refund immediately upon cancellation. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
