Whether you're feeling the weight of the week or simply need a moment to reset, these 10-minute sessions are a powerful way to relax, realign, and reconnect. What to Expect: Each session is personalized and unfolds at an unhurried pace. You’ll be guided through supported stretches, gentle pressure, and grounding holds that encourage release without force. Breath, presence, and intuitive pacing create a sense of ease — helping your nervous system soften while restoring natural range of motion and flow. Cancellation Policy
At Mystic Willow, every offering—whether a private service, training, or special event—is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and energetic presence. To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, that said, we expect at least a 12 hour window for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancelation within a 12 hour appointment window will be charged for the full session and is non-refundable. A no show, will also result in a full charge of the session cost and future booking requests must be approved. Credit Policy Because our offerings require advance preparation and energetic commitment, we are unable to issue credits for future services, classes, workshops, or events for missed or canceled bookings. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full refund immediately upon cancellation. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
