Service Description
Intuitive Readings offer a grounded way to explore the questions, patterns, and possibilities present in your life. Our reader may use tarot or oracle cards and Elder Futhark runes. We help bring language and perspective to what may be difficult to see clearly on your own. Your session begins with a question, intention, or area of life you would like to explore. From there, the cards or runes become part of a conversation—revealing themes, inviting reflection, and helping you consider what may be asking for your attention. These readings are not about predicting a fixed future or making decisions for you. They are intended to support your own discernment, agency, and inner knowing. Choose an Intuitive Reading when you are standing at a crossroads, noticing a recurring pattern, seeking a different perspective, or simply feeling that something is shifting but you cannot yet name it. You may arrive with a specific question or begin with whatever feels most present.
Cancellation Policy
At Mystic Willow, every offering—whether a private service, training, or special event—is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and energetic presence. To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy We understand that life can shift unexpectedly, that said, we expect at least a 12 hour window for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancelation within a 12 hour appointment window will be charged for the full session and is non-refundable. A no show, will also result in a full charge of the session cost and future booking requests must be approved. Credit Policy Because our offerings require advance preparation and energetic commitment, we are unable to issue credits for future services, classes, workshops, or events for missed or canceled bookings. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full refund immediately upon cancellation. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
