As day and night come into balance, the Spring Equinox invites renewal, expansion, and gentle awakening. This 60-minute Slow Flow & Sound experience honors the turning of the season—where light begins to stretch longer and the earth stirs with new life. We’ll begin with a grounding arrival, anchoring into breath before moving through a fluid, heart-opening slow flow designed to awaken the body gradually. Expect intentional transitions, steady pacing, and spacious holds that invite strength, clarity, and fresh energy to rise. Twists and supported postures will support release and renewal—clearing the remnants of winter and creating space for what’s ready to bloom. As movement softens into stillness, you’ll be guided into a Reiki Infused restorative sound immersion. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones will support nervous system balance and energetic alignment—like sunlight filtering through new leaves. This is a practice of balance and becoming. A ritual of planting intentions, honoring growth, and stepping forward with steadiness and trust. All levels welcome. Come ready to breathe deeper, move with purpose, and welcome the light. 🌿✨

Mystic Willow Cancellation & Refund Policy At Mystic Willow, every offering—whether a class, private service, workshop, or special event—is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and energetic presence. To honor the time, materials, and planning involved in each experience, the following policy applies to all bookings and registrations. General Policy All services, classes, workshops, and events at Mystic Willow are non-refundable. We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. If you are unable to attend, please review the options below. Transfers Workshops, special events, and select services: You may transfer your spot to another person. Please email us their name at least 24 hours in advance so we can update our records. Classes: Transfers are not available for regularly scheduled classes. Transfers are not available once an offering has begun. Cancellations by Mystic Willow If Mystic Willow needs to cancel or reschedule an offering for any reason, you will receive: A full credit toward a future service, class, workshop, or event, or A full refund, based on your preference. Our Intention This policy supports the sustainability of Mystic Willow and allows us to continue creating grounded, heart-led experiences for our community—while honoring the time, energy, and resources invested in each offering.
