Step into a four-week journey of Chakra Flow, where each 60-minute session guides you through mindful mudras and intentional gentle movements to harmonize your energy centers. Through breath, movement, and awareness, you’ll awaken vitality, release stagnant energy, and cultivate inner balance. This series supports emotional clarity, physical ease, and a deeper connection to your true self—one chakra at a time.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up. We work to make sure that you have the best experience possible. We appreciate as much notice as possible if your unable to participate in your booked session. We require at least a two hour notification for cancellations. If you do not show for your session, you forfeit the cost of the experience.
