This gentle 60-minute class weaves together long-held yin postures, fully supported shapes, breath awareness, and grounding stillness to invite profound connection and energetic renewal.
Throughout the experience, receive soothing Thai bodywork assists including gentle compression, stretching, acupressure-inspired touch, and mindful support to help release tension and encourage deeper ease in the body.
