Stone & Seed is an intimate Willow Sound™ experience inspired by the energy and symbolism of clear quartz. Resting comfortably in a zero-gravity chair, you’ll be guided through meditation, Reiki, and layers of sound designed to create space for stillness, clarity, and intention.

During the meditation, you’ll be invited to connect with something you’re ready to begin, nurture, or approach differently. There is nothing to force and nothing you need to have figured out. Like a seed resting beneath the earth, your intention can begin quietly.
