Full Moon Goddess Flow is a 45-minute, all-levels yoga experience inspired by the energy of the full moon and the many expressions of the divine feminine—strength and softness, grounding and expansion, surrender and power.

Through intentional movement, breath, and moments of devotion, we’ll move slowly enough to feel and freely enough to explore. This isn’t about perfect poses or performing a certain kind of femininity. It’s an invitation to meet the goddess as she already exists within you.
