Foundations of Sound Bath Facilitation

Foundations of Sound Bath Facilitation is a hands-on, six-hour workshop designed to help you confidently facilitate safe, trauma-informed group sound bath experiences.

This course is intentionally foundational. Rather than learning dozens of instruments or complex therapeutic techniques, we'll focus on mastering the essentials: crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and one of the most powerful tools available to every facilitator—silence.

Together, we'll explore how to create experiences that support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and deep rest while honoring participant autonomy and emotional safety.
