Crystal Bowls Sound Bath - Thursdays

This sound healing session combines the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks or shamanic drum to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and renewal. This practice helps your body and spirit to soften, surrender, and find balance. Each instrument targets different frequencies to harmonize our and create a vibrational shift that supports healing.
