This series is your space to answer that call.

We gather each week to rest deeply, reset the nervous system, and gently rebalance your energy through restorative yoga and sound healing.

You’ll be guided into fully supported poses (think: blankets, bolsters, zero strain) while immersed in the vibration of singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones— designed to help your body release what it’s been holding.
