This 4-hour YACEP continuing education training is designed for yoga teachers who want to expand beyond verbal cueing and learn how to offer hands-on support with consent, skill, and care.
As yoga teachers, we often see where students are holding tension. Tight hips. Restricted shoulders. Low back discomfort. Limited mobility. Sometimes, you know a student could benefit from support, but you may not feel fully confident using your hands to help.
This masterclass was created to bridge that gap.
